ETFs made easy

John Hancock's entry into the ETF market was marked by the launch of a fully responsive, data-driven educational website, for which I lead from an overall experience standpoint. In this role, I managed the UX, UI, and design aspects, leveraging strategic insights to create an engaging and informative user experience. The site was meticulously crafted to be both visually appealing and highly functional, ensuring that users could easily access and understand complex data while supporting John Hancock's strategic objectives in the ETF space.

A critical aspect of our approach was ensuring that users could access information seamlessly via mobile devices, as data indicated that most users were accessing the site while commuting. To address this, we meticulously organized data charts and graphs to ensure they were easily accessible and comprehensible across both desktop and mobile platforms. This attention to detail was essential in providing a user-friendly experience for those on the go.
